Inappropriate Behaviour

It is the duty of St. Patrick's Home to provide a safe and secure home for all who live and work with its walls.  We are also required to abide by the Standards set out for long term care facilities by the Ministry of Health, as well as the laws of the Province of Ontario and of the country.

Abuse or harassment of any kind, threats, comments, gestures, discrimination, or violence are not acceptable.  We have a zero tolerance policy regarding such behaviour by anyone, towards anyone, within St. Patrick's Home, and on our property.  Necessary measures will be taken to deal with any infractions.  Visitors who behave inappropriately may have their visiting privileges restricted.

Everyone is encouraged to report any such inappropriate behaviour to staff immediately.
