I.D. Bracelets |

It is essential that staff are able to identify residents for reasons of safety and so we ask all residents to wear I.D. bracelets. On admission, an order is placed for an attractive bracelet with the resident's name engraved on it for each resident; until it arrives, the resident wears a temporary plastic one. If the use of the metal bracelet is contraindicated medically, we return to the use of the plastic one. If this too is contraindicated, we ensure that the photo of the resident, kept in medication administration record book and at the reception desk, is up to date. |
