Medical Arts Pharmacy provides medications, consultations and educational services to our residents and staff. One of their pharmacists reviews, in consultation with the nurse and the resident's doctor, the medications that each resident is taking, every three months, to ensure that no changes are needed. In accordance with changes to the Ontario Drug Benefit Programs, the government may no longer pay for some medications. If the physician orders a drug of this type, the Charge Nurse will contact you and/or your representative directly to inform you of the cost of your drug. [...see also...] |
