Community Resources 3 organizations are collaborating on a new palliative care "Info Site and Hotline": Alavida Lifestyles, Bruyere Continuing Care and Champlain Hospice Palliative Care Program. This site provide the public, individuals and their families with information on palliative care services in the Champlain region and how to access them. It also provides links to the various services in the region. It does not provide patient-specific clinical information. |
A very integral role
of Spiritual and Religious Care Providers is our involvement in
Palliative Care. We accompany our residents and their families through
the dying process.
Each year, a Palliative Care Course is offered to interested volunteers
and members of the general public. There is limited enrolment in the
course.
