Annual Needs

Each year, St. Patrick’s Home identifies key, urgent funding priorities.  Once these priorities are presented to The St. Patrick’s Home Board of Directors for approval, the projects are presented to the St. Patrick’s Home Foundation for funding.

Funding for the year’s projects is provided through events such as the Golf Tournament, Erin Luncheon and Lottery and via Direct Mail, Corporate and Foundation Giving.

2010 Annual Needs:  

In addition to raising funds for the future St. Pat’s, the Foundation is also providing funding for the annual needs of the current Home.

This year, the Home has requested that the Foundation funds the purchase of 2 Sara lifts. The lifts are designed for secure transfers for our Residents, as well as supported walking. They ensure worry free transfers between beds, wheelchair or commode and help prevent caregiver injuries.

Additionally, funds will be provided to the Home for cosmetic and functionally necessary improvements to keep the Home a dignified environment for our Residents.
