Application to St. Patrick's Home, and to all Long Term Care facilities funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, is made through the Community Care Access Centre (CACC).

number: 613.745.5525. Waiting time varies considerably and is not under the control of St. Pat's. For information about your place on the waiting list, you should contact CCAC . Prior to applying for admission to the Home, it is important that you have a guided tour of the Home.
